I like #3 but the green is the wrong shade, it's a bit too light. Not really fond of the font either, something more modern, clean lines, not really sure how to describe it. More like Century Gothic...

Love #12! I feel like the top line looks a little too close together. Really LOVE the tail of the "by" going through the D.

I was discussing this with my boss and she likes the tail only through the D, the letters a bit spaced, and feels it needs some kind of graphic, boxes, lines, etc...
