Normally I am not a fan of gradients. They are fine on a computer screen, but don't translate too well to print and other types of media.

This, however, looks good. That little glow works great here. This one is number one so far

This is pretty nice overall, but like I said in the other one, I'm just not diggin' that font at all

Too thick. I like your other version of this better

I don't like the wide flat font.

Also, the fleur-de-lis is good in its overall shape/size, I'd just like to see it look a little more ornate somehow... a little less like it was drawn with a fat marker

This is pretty good. As I mentioned in my other comment to you, this would fit better on the website where the logo container doesn't have a lot of vertical room.

You are going in the right direction here...

I like the "weight" of each of the 3 parts.

1. We wanted to bolden up the mark and make it more prominent - you did that.
2. Real Estate is the main thing we do obviously, and you've made that clear here.
3. The "By Design" part is kind of like a little tagline.

So yeah, I agree with the relative importance you've given each element...

This is pretty nice, and captures the overall feel we are looking for. Fancy and ornate, but clean at the same time. The main problem I have with this is that the primary place people will see this logo is on our website in the upper left corner logo area. This might not fit there so well... like this would look better on a t-shirt...
