I think I need to take about 24hrs off and wait for the next wave of new ones before I can give you more feedback.

Can I see what this would look like with the mark off to the left, like the height of the whole thing? We are trying to make the mark more prominent.

Just visually speaking, I liked the first version better. It doesn't quite work for me with the mark in there - but as I said, it's necessary for it to be there somewhere.

I don't really know where to point you. I've got a bunch of pretty good logos here, but I'm still waiting for one to really catch my attention

I like the squares. No one else did anything like that.

I also like the font choice a lot.

I also like the weight of everything here. That part is spot on.

The only problem is that we really need the fleur-de-lis in there. This would be the winner if we didn't need that. It is a mark that company has had for a long time.

I don't know if incorporating one will ruin the overall feel you've got going on here...

Moving forward: we've got a female owner here and a lot of female agents. (I'm the marketing director, and I'm a dude, but I'm crafting the brand image here). Anyway, the point is in my original submission, I had the masculine/feminine slider right dead in the middle. I'd actually say to make the logo 55% feminine and 45% masculine.

I think that is why I like the font choice and weight and everything. Its right in the middle. Once could imagine it was a boy or a girl. So that is where we want to keep it- pretty much neutral, leaning ever so slightly toward feminine...
