Can you please make the arrow in the logo a bit more understated. Also, can you change the blue to black.

No. More like reversing the swoosh so it is facing upwards and using negative space to create an arrow - like a revenue trend.

I am wondering if you can modify the logo on the left and make that swoosh more of an arrow going up and to the right (impling revenue growth). While I like the blue also think black and gray might work better with REV in green.
