The only suggestions is that you submit at least one without the cross. We work in areas of the world where Christianity is not welcome. (I.e. Muslim, Hindu and Buddhist countries) Really quality work from you so far.

Regarding rank #2, (large R and World) we like the concept, however the world pic next to the R makes it look like it reads "RO" at first glance. A possible consideration might be to place the world inside the upper portion of the R. This is only a suggestion. We are interested seeing any other ideas you may have.

Uploaded the suggestion, working on a few other ideas.
