A space between Rea and Consulting, and have Consulting bold instead of Rea.
Also, can we see what this would look like with the orange/yellow slanted icon (that extends out of the box) instead of the yellow/white one?

Variation with capital "A" for associates and with the logo in two colors

I just purchased "Ephesis ROB" font and here how it looks

I tried to find in my font collection ephesis rob font, but I don't have it.
Here is alternative font which shows how it will looks logo with a script font.
If necessary, I will try to find somewhere on Google to purchase it, or even better if you have requested font, you can easily added it later to your logo.
Let me know your thoughts.

Okay great! Can the "Rea" text be slightly less bold?
Also, please add "A division of Rea & Associates" under "CONSULTING GROUP" in the Ephesis ROB font.
Finally, can I also see a variation that combines this one with the original yellow box that showed half the sun? So, maybe half the sun with the lines extending outside the box somehow? I sent this to my team for additional feedback, so I'll let you know if we have any other ideas. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

We had that problem, too. We use Ephesis ROB as a substitute, which I think I got free from fontfreak.com.

I tried to find Iris Script font, but there is no such a font on Google, so I used some other alternative to show how it will looks if you decide to use script font.
