I didn't alter your original concept with this submission. This effort was simply to freshen it up. Please advise if you want to get looser with it altogether.

#2 Nice start. Staying close to the original was our first thought. You might want to play with the center of thos design. Currently it looks like a minus sign in the middle. Could you add something that would suggest people working together?

I took your original suggestion of an artistic element representing people and incorporated it with a very active looking new take of your original design with a modern font. I like the overall effect resembling an eye looking at the customer. I appreciate any feedback you have.
