The direction is interesting, but had a question about the motif on the left. What is it exactly?

Hi Oweff. Thanks. I wanted to steer away from the obvious, like you stated in your brief, a 'razor' design. A 'razor' design can give several varied impressions: skater-punk art/barber shop/slasher movie emblem.
So I followed your 3 Top Things/elements to be include in your design, and played with some shapes from your company name. What I came up with was a 'tobogganist'. Stay with me on this. Professional/Quality/Precision are key to a tobogganists way of thinking also, and the more I played with the design, it became less of a sporty orientated image and more of a unique symbol. I hope this makes sense and does not scare you from my way of thinking. Cheers, muzski. :-)

Plus, there is the 'aiming for a goal' suggestion in there also, to amplify your companies determination. :-)
