Hi Lilia, thanks for your submission, we like it a lot. The design element is cool. Could you show this to us with some different font styles and colors for the Razor's Edge words?
Thanks. Looking great. My wife also made a comment that you may want to consider -- she thinks the logo would look good if (a) the design was on the left side of the words -- one straight line of design plus words instead of top and bottom -- and (b) if you could incorporate the concepts in design #48 where the words are put together (no space), with a cleaner font, and there are two colors, one for each word.
Hi Lilia -- thanks -- great work. I have socialized your designs with others on our team and the consensus is that you have the best designs so we are going to pick one from you. One of our folks suggested that it might look good if you could rearrange the words a bit so that Razor's and Edge are stacked on the right side of the logo (as opposed to all being in a single line), kind of like in design #30 in our contest, but using the font type, size and color that you used in #129. The stacked words would have the same height as the design. We don't like the line separating the design and the words in #30 so don't incorporate that element. Possible to see the logo this way?
Hi Lilia, hope you are doing well today. Thanks for tolerating the various comments from my group. We seem to be gravitating towards 137, but we seem to have a divergence in opinion on the font you have used. Some like the font you used in 137, some don't. Could you show us 137 but with some other font types, including what you used in 130 but also perhaps something like what was used in designs 48 or 86 or others as you see appropriate for our business. All of these fonts can just be black. Thank you!
Lilia, hi, sorry for the rapid fire messages. I just got a little more feedback that I wanted to pass along. As mentioned I think we are landing on the concept in 137 and just need to do a bit of work on the font. One of my other team members suggested that she also likes the fonts in designs 3 and 117 if that helps give any further direction. She also suggested that perhaps we consider using a black + gray color for the words -- with Razor's in black and Edge in gray, or a dark gray / light gray concept the same way, with the gray in the color family that you have used for the design.
Let us know what you think. Looking forward to seeing them and making final calls!
We all seem to be gravitating to 139 but one person in our group thinks the Font looks a little weak. Others don't necessarily agree but we are trying to come to some kind of consensus. Could you possibly thicken up that font just a bit to make it appear heavier?
