#1 I like the logo concept so far. I think I prefer the logo to be on the left side of the name. I also would like to see if somehow the logo itself could be maybe wider, or not as tall.
Also, I'd like to see how the slogan rather than the title of "Realtor" under the name might look.
#2 I like the concept. The font for the letters inside of the circle seem a bit "normal" to me, and doesn't stick out.
