I updated color. As for the tagline - having three horizontal lines seemed to me a bit too much so I explored a few other other options

First requested revisions. Google stars - after closer inspection - appear to be generic stars. So nothing special about them but color. I made two versions: one with straight stars and the other with stars altered by movement.

Can you also try putting the line underneath DENTAL MARKETING and putting this in small font (like a tagline) under that:
