I like the concept very much and like the colours you use in #6 and #8 i think the rapid has a lighter blue edge to it - like that.
I'm not so sure about the "R" that you have done on #7 and #8 maybe you can try and do some other version - i like the idea just need to get an "R" thats looks cool.
is it possible to make the font on "Rapis" a bit thicker?
I'm open to different styles for the "SBS" as well so see what you can do.
if i had to choose one i would take #6 which a few varitions - also put a nice thickdot between "smart solutions . smart business"
