Like what you have done with the "R" thats cool.
See if you can play around with the colour scheme and fonts but so far i like what i see.

Thanks for the new design ideas.
I don't know if i really like the black and gold and i'm not sor sure about the bird in the "R".
But try it without the bird and some different colour combinations and we might be going in the right direction.
