I really like the simplicity of this logo. If there is a way to do the breaking through barriers brick wall with this, it may perfectly nail it

This is currently the front runner. I am a fan of the attempt to represent building others up and breaking down barriers. There is something visually that I don't love about the circled portion. Is there a way to make this less blocky as a whole?
