Welcome, Pstoev! Thank you for your submission. We really like the look of it. Can you give some other font options for the logo? Also, can you give different color options? Feel free to play with which letter will get color, maybe a background color (grey with white lettering except for the one blue), etc.
The consensus in the office seems to be that we don't like the backwards R. Is there a different configuration? Maybe put the R on top and to the left of the T in some way? Also, we seem to be drawn to logos that say something about who we are...can you try to incorporate something that conveys connecting people/bringing people together?
Can you also try to add a 'C' to the logo? Let's see what that may look like.
