It's nice to see this ranch is moving forward. I've made your original logo, so I wanted to take part in this development as well.
If you want to print/embroider this on apparel, simplified, monochromatic design is recommended - easier to print from technical point of view, and also cheaper when it comes to larger scale printing/embroidering.

So, this would be simplified version of your original logo, with most of the graphic elements kept for recognizability and visual connection to already established brand.
