Hi!
I downloaded the file pack with the one .eps and the three jpgs. Thank you! Did you say you were going to also send a flat color eps as well so we could use it without the gradient for clothing applications? Also, what font did you use in this final version?
Sorry, I mean to keep these two font colors in #119, but flip the colors so "Ramsey Washington" is blue and "Metro Watershed District" is green. This is super minor I know!
Can we see what it looks like to have the Ramsey-Washington in that same blue and the Metro... in that same green? This is definitely the font we want.
Hi,Cool! this one just has different font layout with #7 I've upload some example with using font layout like #7 here it is : #116#117#118#119
some of them are using flat color. If you want additional files of the logo with flat color I could send it to you when the contest ended :-)
This is the one! Just a few quick final questions. Is this the same font used in your #7? If not, can you use the same one for the final design? Also, we want to keep the color gradient, but we are wondering if we will be able to convert the files you give us to flat color for clothing or limited-color applications. Thank you! We love it.
There is still a lot of love for this shape. Can we look at blending this one with #110? So keep the oak leaf with branches, but pull the frame up into a small peak like in #26. The name would have to be to the right of the design as in #26 unless you can think of a way to keep it around the design (peak of raindrop comes through the "A"? Or would that be a complicated disaster?).
The lighter blue is nice, but it feels like the two colors don't coordinate as well any more. Can you play with the colors more so they feel like they're in the same family? Thank you.
Yes!!!
From one person: "we are using a bur oak leaf to represent strength and vitality, and the way they highlighted a parallel connection with a watershed is brilliant, really."
This might be it, but let's experiment with that oak leaf shape. Here is a shape to use as a general guide: http://bit.ly/1pvRwSp . We want it a little more recognizable, but not exact, of course. I trust your judgment. Close the leaf/river at the top - round it off and taper it. Yes this closes the 'river' but lets just try it. Also, try taking out two of the branches so there are 5.
We all *really* like this one!
Hi, we ended up getting an extension on the finalist phase. There are only 18 hours left, but if you're interested in submitting, we'd be open to seeing more from this design. I hate to ask for elements that may add clutter, but the group wants to make this look less like other river logos by adding very abstract ideas of an oak, a residential home and/or opening the river/stream up into a lake. If you're interested, let me know.
Mantabjaya, this was my personal favorite with agreement from a few others who really felt it was a very strong, multi-faceted design, but ultimately the group voted to go with another designer. Thank you for your time.
This and #27 are really fantastic. Just a few small things we'd like to see. Can we see it a flat two-color version without the shine/gradation? Just thinking for certain clothing applications. Also, can we try making the font sizes balance slightly? Fine if "Metro Watershed District" is slightly smaller, but we'd like to see the MWD a little bigger.
Can you use the modification suggestions we made to the raindrop one, plus put the business name (same font/color) around the circle like a badge/stamp?
Yes, we really like this modification. Please remove the dots. Do you have any idea to making the river look less like a highway and more like a lake without taking away the great flow it has? Colors and font are really great.
We're tucking this one aside simply because we like the font size of the other one, and the design element looks the same except for color. We may ask to try this green and blue in the modifications you make to the other one to lighten it up.
Hi! Our group loves the font choice, clean lines, and the circular land/water/city element. The skyline is really great, but we are a predominantly suburban area so our buildings are not as pronounced. Other possible element to include in its place could be plant elements, human/community elements, wildlife elements (not sure about that one, but if you have any ideas I'm open).

Can you swap the colors so the blue is on the bottom/left and green on the top/right?
