We really like this design but not everyone here is sold on the star symbolism. Would you be able to send us some more drafts with different details on the O. Perhaps something with an arrow or globe. If a globe is used we prefer without the continents, but if they are subtle that could work also. I will upload a graphic, the globe can be like something in row two to the far right. We would like to stick with the green but the dark red you used on the other design is also very nice.

We really like the corporate feel. We would like to see if you can do the O with a dark green. We would like to see how that compares to the grey.
