Hey, I am still struggling with the icon. This is the strongest of your last couple of entries. What I see clearly now is that I don't like the tagline in orange.

The logo seems a bit lobsided towards the icon. Can you make the icon a little bit lighter. With some imagination i can see a black male face and a white female face both with very pointed noses. Can you emphassize this view a little more so that the icon does not resemble an orange and a white letter R?
