Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The idea was to turn the "A" into an actual raindrop, but make the inside negative area of the "A" into a positive upward arrow representing growth / moving forward.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

I like the infinity symbol for the "o"s but feel like there's too much going on with both that and the A symbol. As a type-only logo, I could see the o's working nicely. Thoughts?
Otherwise, it feels like the A symbol really needs to be broken out and leave the word intact.

Here are a few variations - a few with the simple typographic style (but keeping the infinity symbol). And a few trying a different slant on the icon (intersecting it with a plus symbol).
