Here is what I'd like you to try:
The top is a graduation cap, but is really an arrow pointing up designed to look like the top of a university building.
The "columns" are the the QW.
Together they resemble a stock market type of "chart" depicting the market going up.
Underneath the word University in all caps, condensed thin font so the QW stands out.
