I love what you've done here with the 'tree' and then the growing bars acknowledging growth. I saw another logo out somewhere with three trees growing in size. Not sure that's up your alley, but might be a good idea. And I think I'd like to see varying colors of green. Just a thought. T hanks for playing. T his is so fun!
A friend of mine doesn't feel that the leaves have enough presence or meaning in they logo - they don't quite state 'growth' and they just dangle there. Maybe looking at the other logos I've ranked you may have ideas of your own.
