Oh I really like this type of logo! Would it be possible to differentiate the trophy from the text in terms of color and details? To make the trophy more visible, more... "prestigious". However, I am not very convinced by the "Quest of Success" at the bottom. The red color doesn't suit it. Can I get some feedback with a different "Quest of Success", and some feedback without?
Concerning this logo, I'm not a fan of the pixelated font. It looks more retro than modern. Would it be possible to add a backgroud? Like for example a landscape, or a setting like this

Hello, this logo proposal with the shield in the background is a great idea! Would it be possible to have a smoother font? Something between modern and cartoon. Also, can you put "QoS" instead of "Quest of Success"?
