I like the red, great logo. Can you thin out the compass? It's a little thick for me, but it is a great concept! Perfect shade of red for me.

#56, Wow, nicer, compass points need to be shorter, but thickness you nailed it.

#83, #82 don't like the font change, the pumpjack in the R is interesting, but it looked like a hammer with blodd dripping from it at first glance. I would go with either a compass/star or the pumpjack in the place of it, but not both. I think we just want one image/graphic
