Please also complete the company name let's see how it looks. And add the contrasting colors. I'd like the logo to give a message which is why i would love the financial ladder as shown above indicating growth

Looks good. I'd like to see some contrast in colors. I've seen the others with different colors but they colors are not as bright as this. If you can use this concept but make the colors catchy and contrasting it will be great
