Love this font and style better than the rest. Thank you. Colors from 367 ( gold and turquoise) or gold and royal blue will be fine. Don't change anything else. Just the colors

Can the L extend a little more? And please I'd love the Q and L to have a different font. Leap should be a different color. Maybe royal blue. Or you can do Q and L different color. I'd also prefer a different Font for financial Leadership Development. Maybe a berkshire swash or lobster Two or anything in that family. I will also like to see an the tip of that arrow on the ladder. The can be a color that contrast it's background so that it pops out. Maybe a shiny royal blue color or so. Please and thank you

The colors are catchy. Love it. Can you do the name of the company in full? The financial leadership development portion of it and also include the arrow on top of the ladder to demonstrate growth and stability. You can refer to the ladder image I originally posted
