I like your unique graphic design here in with the beaker element. I wonder what it might look like to have a round gear shape inside the larger beaker shape. You're onto something here

I like this larger logo above. If you can think of a few different types of logos that might work above the text that would be excellent. We are in the science and technology space so there are many other images you can work with (we are not fixed on the drop shape)
