Thank you for your first submissions. We really enjoyed your excellent designs. Though most of designers did not read our request carefully and sent what we do not want, you are much better at capturing our concept.
As we took a look at your past portfolio as well, we believe you have a good flair for sophisticated design. It would be great if you could minor-change in the following ways: First, we would like to keep the main tone in gray or silver, with an accent in blue, orange and/or bordeaux. Second, we prefer a bit more elegant/luxury (but still business professional) font style.
Our target customers are mass affluent business people such as investment bankers, management consultants, globe trotters working for multinational companies etc. We would like to provide them out-of-the-box thinking opportunities while they are usually regarded as intellectual snobs :b They do not value web 2.0-ish concept because they need something exclusive (i.e. extraordinary service for qualified members only).

After a thorough careful review and discussion, we selected top 5 designers (denzu from Estonia, grafixsphere from Philippines, Peter from Netherlands, amitdesigner from India, and Bramovic from Netherlands.) Please be informed that the final decision was very tough because we received more than 180 entries only in the initial phase, most of which including yours are excellent and well meet with our requirements.
