Puyallup Food BankLogo Design Contest

I'll be choosing finalists tomorrow. I'd still like to see any changes you can do.

Live the hands holding people idea. Like the color progression between Puyallup, down to Food Bank, down to Food is the first step. But I'm worried this may be TOO similar to the Nourish Pierce County logo I attached as an example. Also the placement of the leaves makes it seem to lean to the right. And could we use some little objects other than leaves at the top?
