I think only the hand don't get the concept that we are trying to reach.....Maybe try a Person or other icon that talks most about the people....

I agree with all you are saying....I think you got the concept, But Visually I feel it a little heavy....we are looking for something very light.

Sorry late reply to your feedback, my computer had a problem and now it is back to normal.
I made design alternative #26 to make the letter B more visible.
I will try to create a logo symbol design using different versions of P and B.
Your English is good, I also apologize if my English is not very good.
Because for me, language is not a problem in communication to provide the right and best logo for you.

I think the lowercase affect the reading capacity....I mean that is more difficult to read the words... and their are no simples ones....I really like the idea of the P&B....Maybe you could find the way to integrate everything....

I sent another version of the same design concept as before, I adjusted the text to use lowercase letters so that it was the same as the symbol logo to make it appear the letters p and b.
You can also use the text only because it represents a simple logo like the example you give "ONE EIGHTY", in "purpose branding" it looks like arrows pointing upwards are found in letters d and i which means improvement and progress of the results obtained.

I Like very much the idea of using the letters not so literally....i think is a very good beginning....maybe i find it a little heavy, and the other thing is important to think in the "Quality Seal" version...
