This has a schoolhouse rock feel to it I love it. maybe turn the condom and the ruler on its side ? put more of an accentuating bubble around "Puny Condoms" to make it stand out like in the 1st 2 submissions.

Outline the words "Puny Condoms" more clearly and make sure it is slightly more c septate from the rest of the logo so the wording "Puny Condoms" can be seen easily and the rest of the logo cements the words after the first glance

Make sure that the words "Puny Condoms" is extremely easy to see and does not lose itself with the rest of the logo.

I like the ruler on this one, it makes it clearer that these Condoms are super small.

Bwahahahaha I love it try different color schemes. Maybe outline the "Puny Condoms" with black outline?
