Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,
It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say. I look forward to your comments or thoughts.
Great concept Entry #26. Really close to what I think: a logo not necessarily super-tuned with an element which refers to the colors of the site and suggest the visitors: "Hey, I'm visiting a site about software". I suppose the element is a stylized cd. Great fonts. May i ask a variation of the word 'SW', maybe 'more bold' or a different element, if possible ? Not interested in variations of Entry #28, Entry #29, Entry #27
Thanks for the great feedback and comments, always appreciated!
Would be my pleasure, and here are some; #34, #35, #36, #37 and #38.
The icon / element also represents the letter "p" from the name. Right at the core in the middle of the icon, if you take aways all the other outer pieces. Hope that makes sense :)
I think the best is #38 Forget, please, the use of the others colors. Just tested the template and the best logo are the one with the colours used for Entry #38
very good proposals and a wise use of fonts, really great proposals. the problem is that none of the logos refers to the software. Let me explain. I like to see, if possible, a logo with an element (stylized, not thousands of hours of work) as a stylized PC, a floppy disk or a tablet. This are examples, of course.
