For the 1st line of wording I can't use that layout cause another designer already use it since blind phase, sorry about it. I plan to use this image. Now trying to determine how wording will be placed.

Please send with:
1) added line between image and 1st line of wording
2) make the wording bolder/thicker
3) remove the 3 lines to the right of bird beak

Can you try a logo where:
1) the 3 vertical lines move to the door, and are replaced mid-building with a 4 pane window?
2) add rooster to top of building looking to the right
