Your instructions also suggested red, so this is a version with red. In the previous entries, I used a light version of the orange (same from your real estate site). I tried the same method with the red, but it looked too pink, so I used the gray (referring to the top & bottom portions of the logo).
In icon, added a little more space between black letters & the top & bottom triangles for better legibility. Also did a few more versions (both orange version & red version) adding lines under wording for another look.
