As we do a lot of Aviation Insurance, try the logo over an image of the rear tail wing of a plane subtly, so that it is not limited to aviation but people ii aviation will recognise the sublety

#40 try adding a tail wing to the 2 tails

Make the font more modern /sharp and fast/moving eg italics to go with the aviation theme
PSB in a lighter and brighter blue
