Hello. I'd like to share some of my thoughts behind the concept. First of all, it shows multiple properties, which goes along with "managing", I emphasised the "property" by strongest of the 3 colors. The words are stacked in a creative way next to the buildings, and the main focus was readability. In this way, the logo is clean, and highly visible and readable on any format and in any size. Even when used as a small logo on a website, it will look great. It can work perfectly without the addition of ".com" when a logo is used on a website, and with ".com" when used elsewhere.
