Here are my first designs for your new logo.. #19 and #20
Hope you like it and I will be happy to modify and develop it further if you have any other suggestions for fonts or layout etc. And you can of course also have it in any colors that you prefer!
Thank you Anne for submitting. I am attracted to your Entry 20 but I do not understand it. It would be helpful if you can provide me with some insight to your design. Many thanks, Gary
Its a lower case p and r melted together if you see it from an angel.. Do you see it? I also tried making it stand vertical but the design come more together when I did it this way i think..
If you want I can of course develop it further and make it more obvious.. I sometimes like it when it isnt, it get more exiting that way, but I will try to think of something that works.. :)
Just a thought. The "r" was not that visible to me at first glance, perhaps the breakline threw me off. Do you think it would destroy the look if the very top of the vertical element of the "r" was protruding the horizontal plane slightly? Perhaps another way to look at it would be to play with the break in the letters somehow. Just thinking out loud.
I am intrigued though. Thank you for the quick response and if you have the time to play with an alternative or two, it would be greatly appreciated.
I keep reading the feedback over and over, but im not quite sure what you mean with the vertical element of the "r" protruding the horizontal plane? Can I please ask if you can explain a bit more or in a different way?
I actually like your first logo a lot. What I was suggesting is that you leave it as is but the "l" part of the "r" might be elongated slightly to break the plane of your current design so you see a clear lower case r. I hope I am getting through.
Another way to look at it might be to again reference your first logo Entry #20. Here you have essentially 3 three elements canted on an angle. If you take the middle element and extend the length slightly it would make r shape more recognizable. I am really trying to bring more recognition to the r.
That said, perhaps I should just open this up to whatever design element you think would work. I thought initial were the way to go but this design does intrigue me.
Thank you very much for explaining :) I really appreciate it! I hope I understood you correctly now.. I have uploaded some variations for you where I made the middle element a bit longer then the others to make the "r" stand out more..
I also made another variation where I made more white space into the "p" so that the "r stands alone more..
Please let me know what you think. Its a really fun design to work on so Im more then happy to try out all the changes that you want to see :)
