Here's an interesting take on the logo. Property "X". as in X marks the spot, also the 4 house are connected.

thanks for your new logos. like the slighter different colour - a bit stronger. can you try a font in lower case? I like the idea of a different font but maybe the new one is a little bit too heavy.

I think the design with the x emphasised is too informal. I like a more sophisticated, clever image. thank you
