Hi I believe a logo should be simple and memorable. Not try to suggest everything and in every way. #78 and #78 are my favorites because of that. They show growth and visibility. #70 is also an option, it shows interaction and progress in a memorable unique mark. Trying to combine a lettermark with a pictoral mark and having all those 3d effects and abstract people on the logo will not make it stand amongst a sea of such marks already out there.
