Both are good, #165 maybe slightly better. How it's look with plain text (I need to tape it and plain tape is cheaper than printed)? So plain colours blue and gray.

This is the same mark with a clean crisp text. The word "RENT" is leaning, It is moving forward.

#194 going to right direction. Try one more now with plain symbol also, without any shadows behind text. This version would be litle bit difficult to tape on because shadow behind text. Picture need to be printed and tape backround color need fit to paint colour 1 to 1.
#193 one version more please, with this text but use circle symbol (like in #165). No shadows.
