#181 I prefer symbol to be before text, not embedded. I want to use symbol also individually. If "Z" is used it should be very thin and just underline/overline word.

Yes, now they are in right order. #195 and #188 are good candidates, others look like a Christmas cookies here in finland :-)
How #195 would look like with capital letters? You can also try different colour variants.

well, good eye on #195 , i think it has a very good potential too, for the following reasons :

The abstract of human icon inside the star represents your company as " US " or " WE " offering a PRO services and this is topped by the reaching for higher hand in that abstract inside the star. That long reaching part hand is for your company reaching the highest level of services to offer to its customers.

Overall, this mark will be memorable and recognizable and relate to your brand in a positive way.

#195 in solid or split gold colour look great....the design is clean, effective and most of all marketable mark..Clearly number one in my books well done DAZ you nailed it.

#264 how it look like if 5 stars are above word promo?
And maybe even golden stars?
