- Please keep the "GLOBAL" with normal spacing and blue font in this version.
-make the leaf a bit smaller so it is not 'poking above' the letters as much

Thanks! Getting close. Can you try:
- darker blue for the font. like hex # 376092
- make add more of the blue vertical "E" back (I can't do a good job on the markup - still want a white space, but maybe 1/2 as thick as it is currently)
- move glyph a bit closer to the text
- after the above edits; also share a version without the gradient
- create a 'square' version where the leaf is above the words, like #267 but with the current font, colour, design

Better! I like this blue. But somehow the 3 colours don't seem to fit together. Can you try different shades? Maybe 2 colours + gray?
And make the words a bit smaller? They seem too large relative to the graphic.
