The whole idea is nice, but we think it's missing something. Maybe it's to "static" and therefore looks a little "boring". We're also looking for the logo that uses colors a bit more, however we understand that the logo must work in black and white only too.

#231 is definitely better, but still not the right thing we're looking for, we will definitely consider it though.
