Okay - I think we are good except for the gray letters under "PMCE". Can you please make those a little darker?

Hi - Let's try the following changes:
Change font to Arial
Change "PMCE" and corresponding portion of the circle to Pantone 541 C - it might be already, it just looks a little dark.
Change text beneath PMCE to Pantone 403 C and the lighter blue part of the circle to the same.

Can you give sample the color and font now?

Hi Grace - I have made a decision on your logo. I will be in touch later today as I would like to see some changes. I need to show you something, but I'm not sure how to upload a document. One change is that I would like to see a version with three people in the window. While I like a single line under the PMCE portion of the logo, can you break it into two lines separating Management from Community? What I want to show you is a color and a font that is similar to another group I manage within my work place for some consistency.

I would like to see a more masculine font. I like the way that the description of PMCE is the exact width of the acronym in the logo.
