Interesting idea! How would it look like if we polish it a little bit? Maybe working with the arrow a little bit, the fonts look a little bit heavy for me.
Bu the way, the word "Project" should be smaller than "Acceleration" (Acceleration should be the main title).

Thanks for the designs! What about transformuing the arrow into a Chinesse dragon? Since we are in the year of the dragon, this may look align to our internal communication campaigns.
