Here I used 90% Black
and for the red I used the red from your website: #DD1F26
because the red that you use now is more intense, and maybe a dark gray is better, is not 100%, that causes that the color is more "charcoal" and more elegant in my opinion.

Here the lower part of the H (Healthcare) is aligned with the other letters. In the other versions the H is taller... anyway in the upper part is taller and makes an elegant combination with the PR.

I like this one the best out of the text and font, but I am still not convinced this is the best text and font to go with. You are on the right track, that’s for sure. Keep at it and see if you can find the one we are searching for that stands out.
