Thanks for these great designs! I like #25 the best and have ranked it as my second choice.
There are two modifications I would love to see. First, could you enlarge "Professional" so it is easier to read when printed small on a business card? It would be fine to make the gear smaller and the words larger. Second, could you insert small right-pointing arrows (instead of hyphens) between the slogan words? I will send a general comment with this request to all designers soon.

Yes. That is my youngest son. One of the greatest gift and inspiration for me since his older brother passed away about eight years ago. Regarding your request, I've just send you the update version as requested (#40). Please don't be hesitate to let me know for any revision request needed.
I like many of the revisions you made in #40. With some modifications, I think this logo will move into first place!
Could I please see the following changes?
1. Increase the size of the font to match that in #1's entry. I really like that size and shape.
2. Have the gear match the height of the wording (not be bigger).
3. Instead of the many heads in the gear, would I please see two heads facing each other. They should both be the same color (white or blue). Since most of our training is one-to-one, I'd like to show this as well as the idea of communicating.
Have fun with this last suggestion. The more choices the better! I really like this logo design and am close to saying yes to it! Thank you for your additional work.

As we can see on #42, when we have the gear match the height of the wording, it would give unbalancing in the composition. So, if I may give you a suggestion, it would be better if we can go with a composition on #43. I hope this would helps. And I'm looking forward to hearing from you for any feedback and requests.
I like your creativity with the gear modifications; however, I like the colors of the gear in #25 the best so far.
Having one person (head) in front of the other makes the first one seem short or a child standing in front of an adult. Could you try having the heads in profile, facing each other as if they were having a conversation?
Having these "talking people" inside the gear could work very well. Maybe within the gear have blue at the bottom, white people/heads, and read at the top? Or the bottom and the people could be blue, with a white outline to the outside, then red on top.

Of the new versions, #46 and #47 are my favorites because of the inner circle of white. The only problem is that the two people appear to be standing next to each other instead of facing each other for conversation. How can we show that the people are communicating together?

The only thing I don't like in these versions is how wide (kind of fat) the human figure looks. Is there a figure you can use that seems more professional (like a fit adult)? The current "wide" figure looks like a child's toy we have here :-) If it looks a bit masculine, that is okay since most of our clients are men.
I really like these new designs! #80 is my favorite, followed closely by #79.
Could I please see the following modifications to #80?
- remove the pen and gear - modify the man's head so that the skull is less pointed on top - modify the man's back of neck so the shoulders are lower (neck will look a bit longer) - add the two gears from #69 to be under the man (or in other locations that you think will look good) - add the document from #75 so the man looks like he is holding it
