Can I see #160 & #162 with the following:

1. the word Productivity just slightly larger,
2. the word Solutions about 3/4 the size of the word productivity (in height)
3. and make the word Solutions closer together centered under the word Productivity.
4. Is there something we can do to make the bottom words sharper? They look a little blurry.
