These have been some of my favorite ideas so far. Would you be willing to explore variations on this a bit more. I am still not sure about the font for "URGE". Might be a bit too "race car video game" looking for us.
#142 is cool. but the pixels (multiple colored squares) have a bit too much going on, we would prefer fewer colors. Also the way that they are arranged is not quite as refined. If you zoom in on some of the multi colored squares you can see gaps where the previous design is showing through. It's not consistent.
We have ended the contest, and it is neck and neck with #69. It's tough now. we are starting to lean toward #183 but the text for URGE seems a bit large. Any chance you can provide one that has URGE just slightly smaller (same font and everything else). Basically a different relative text size between (URGE and productions) more like #69 from the other designer, unless you think that doesn't make design sense.
Thanks for the variations. I think we are pretty much there. Now we are just torn between #192 and #181 (the logo pixel arrangement). We love the color version and the monochrome version. Also, #181 is our fav so far, but the last little nit picky thing is it seems to be trying to hard to look like a "P" with the missing pixels. It also makes it look a bit like a bird. We like the more abstract pixelation of #181 too. Any suggestions on how to appeal to both audiences? We might also just have you send along both versions as the final winners just in case.
Beyond that, do you do design layout for print? I can deal with most photoshop, illustrator layout tasks, but I may want to outsource it to you if I get too busy. Basically we need a 4x6 postcard done ASAP once the logo is finalized. It will be the logo on one side, and black and white text (greyscale ok) on the back. With some graphical treatments on the back as well. If I don't have time to do this myself, would you be down to take it on for a little extra $$? Let me know ASAP, we would need to get the file to me so that I can send it to the printer before this friday.
awesome! winner time. We of course like it on the white background too, but LT says we need to pick three different designers in top 3, so I made the white version #4 for fun.
