Few suggestions:
The "PRO" I would like centered. Part of the "O" looks cut off to me.
I think the blue pie is a little dark and may not show up as well on a dark background, but I like that it is highlighted at the top (shiny). I love the pulse graph in the "H".
Could you make it a "longer" logo, maybe less bold on the "DASH"?

Also, I need the logo to show up on white as well as grey background. I know this is difficult, but we cannot use white.
